Offsite Forward Button, ICR to HG

Hello All,

I have a customer with an IPO 500V2 Running Embedded Voicemail. Currently the ICR Targets a HG with every Extension in it.

They would like the ability to Forward All Calls to Other Clinics or other Random Destinations

What would be the Best Way to Accomplish this? I need them to be able to Press a Button to Activate the Forward as well as Define where all of the Calls are being Forwarded to.

Only way that is coming to mind is to give the manager a button to set the HG out of service with the Destination being herself. And Another button that is set to "Call Forwarding All" and that is were they would Define the Destination Number. I am thinking there is a better way to accomplish this.

For the sake of people searching the forums at a later date would you mind posting the solution?
 
My guess is to create a dummy sequential huntgroup with dummy user in with a forward UC set to the other clinic

Give users a set Huntgroup out of service/night service button that puts the main huntgroup to look at the dummy huntgroup

WCeightoh: Created Two Buttons on the Managers Extension.

• Button 1: "Activate FWD", Action: Set Hunt Group Night Service
• Button 2: "Define FWD", Action: Set Night Service Destination - This allow them to update the forward number to whatever they please.
