Hello all! I have a user with the offline folder synchronization configured on her laptop. She has files marked for available offline on a particular network drive. When she is connecting to the network, synchronization fails. If we try to remap the drive, Windows acts as though the system is offline for that particular drive and will only display those files that are configured for offline availability. Other network drives are available. If I go in and disable the use of Offline folders, the drive is then "online" and available.
When I reenable the offline use, the problem comes back. Anyone have any suggestions or seen this problem? Any assistance would be much appreciated
