Offline Company Address Book question

I have mobile users who like to address emails to corp employess while disconnected. I have tried everything I can think of with the "Island" location & a local replica of a Database Library.
I just can't get it where the users can create a new memo & click "Address" & see thier local copy of the Company Address book

Any ideas?

While connected to the network, go to the user's address book and click directories. Change to look in the company directory and highlight all entries. Then simply click the +(book) icon at the bottom to import the entries to local address book.

Did I mention I have R5? Because I don't seem to have any directories in the Company Address Book, nor do I have a +(book) type option anywhere either.
