Officeserv 7200 CO lines not registering on Phones

Hi all! I am working on a Samsung Officeserv 7200 and it is not receiving or allowing calls from all extensions. Dialtone is active from the providers and going into system. I changed out the Trunk card to no avail. Went into program 400 and 401 and did not see anything out of the ordinary.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It ended up being a bad processor module. (MCP)
