Office XP EULA

I've installed Office XP and everything is activated, but for some reason, it keeps bringing up the EULA everytime I open an Office product. I click on I Agree, but it doesn't seem to help? Any advice?? Enkrypted

For Office 2000, user needs to have administrator rights in order to Accept and no longer open the EULA agreement, need to carry this out once on an Office application (e.g. Word) and once on Outlook.
