OFFICE XP Developer Tools Install....

I am installing Office XP Developer Tools from a DC from the MSDN Library on a workstation running Windows 2K Pro.

When I run the setup.exe, the option to install the Developer Tools is grayed out. I get a message saying certian Windows components need to be updated before I can sintall the tools. I am then instructed to insert the "Windows Compnents Update CD". I have no such CD. I have never heard of such a CD and can find nothing on the MS website about such a CD.

Any Ideas?

maybe install the latest MDAC from microsoft.com/data
