Office Worker won't show in drop down

I have an IP Office at R9.0.8 and just installed 2 Office Worker licenses. They are Valid. But when going to the User and selecting the drop down menu at Profile I only see Basic User and Teleworker. ( they are not using Teleworker at this time) I know that Office worker should be there. Jenne tech support guy said he saw this once and did something to fix it but forgot. Can't do a reboot until late tonight. Hoping for a different solution.

Yes you can see them under Resources. 2 Available. 0 in Use.
 
Try double clicking the licence in the licence list, works for assigning certain licence types :)
 
Also you can go to the license tab on the manager and double click on the Office Worker licenses and add them that way.
 
First off I never knew you could do that in Licenses. Real cool. 2nd, that didn't work. Shouldn't the drop down show it then? We are going to do a reboot tonight and see if the system sees the licenses.
 
That appears to be the only option if none of these other options work.
 
Do you have Preferred Edition?
