Office VBA Code Analysis Tool?

I'm looking for some type of tool or utility that will help me analyze the VBA code that I have written for Excell 2003. Primarily I'm interested in something that will scan the code and tell me what variables AND constants are defined but not ever referenced.

Appreciate any thoughts you might have.

Yea, that's a very good suggestion and thanks. I have already found that tool, guess I should have mentioned it. Unless I missed something, it doesn't tell me if I have globals that are unreferenced, only variable declarations. Unless of course I don't have any unreferenced globals but I'm not that good.
