Office Short Cut Menu Fades in slowly 1

Hey everyone. I'm fighting an annoying issue and am hoping to find an answer here. In all office programs, when I right click for the short cut menu, it fades in very slowly. I've been unable to find a setting to adjust for this, but feel sure there is one. One pc works great, the other is very slow popping up. Any help is appreciated!

Also right-click (My)Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Performance Settings, Visual effects, Adjust for best performance, or uncheck the Fade menus items(2) and the menu shadows, OK,OK.
