Office Serv 7070 incoming calls rejected

Hi all,
Ive got a samsung officserv 7070 Ip Pbx. Calls are going out but calls cant come in. The Service Provider claims there are no DID restrictions to the PBx and the PBx's IP is rejecting the calls.
What MMC's/configuration do i need to check/configure to make sure i can receive calls. I know this is a very beginner question but im really stuck here and icould use some advise no matter how small

MMC 714 is DID routing.

3.2.3 DID Ringing

The are digits configured under the incoming digits 4***, 2***, etc
There ought to be a DID number from the service provider right? So far i can only find the CLI

you should put the incoming DID in that list and put the extension you want to ring in all 6 of the ring plans.


what is the destination of the 4***,5***? Is it the letter B?

Have you had the RTP ports mapped through on the router/firewall?
