Office "send to as attachment" start ICW, not Outlook on PS4

Problem This only happens on some of my servers (all built the same way).
User is in WORD or EXCEL, clicks "send to (as attachment)" but instead of starting OUTLOOK, the Internet Connection Wizard starts.
All office products are on the server, and published. User can perform this funtion on other servers in the same farm. Servers are PS/4 with R02.
Any ideas welcome.

It's really obvious (not). Open Internet Explorer, on the server, and open Internet Options/Programs and change the default setting for Email from Outlook Express to Outlook.
