Office connect NB111 with Cisco 2611XM Router over LL ?

i need help to connect NETBuilder 111 with Cisco router 2600XM; i try to connect them over PPP leased Line but they don't see each other.
The Cisco router in the main office and the 3com in the remote office as a boundary router.
I dont no what is the problem, i think they are not compatable with each other.

help me please

Which WIC do you use in your Cisco 2611XM router for the leased line?
And which Enterprise OS is running on your NETBuilder 111?
Do you use OSPF or RIP on your line?
What's the interface status on your Cisco router (show interface serial ?/?)

We use a lot of Cisco routers (Cisco 2620 up to GSR) together with a 3COM NETBuilders
and there are some known problems which could be solved.
