Office 97 and 2003 Compatibility Issues 1

I have 70 computers running Windows XP and would like to upgrade from Office 97 to Office 2003. I also have 30 computers running Windows 95 with Office 97. Several Access databases are used by all users. Would there be compatibility issues with some users using Office 97 and some using Office 2003? If so, what?
