We had the same thing. Some of the vm to email is not working in Office 365. Something to do with TLS errors on the logs.. Anyone else have this happen. Strangely, if a user forwards a message from his internal phone to another, the email notification seems to work. But if an outside caller does, it does not appear to work. I always was under the impression that the VM Pro was a blind sender and that it just sent out emails based on the credential and server settings? Thoughts?
Short Answer
Microsoft have brobably changed somethin on the servers & are not allowing the IP Office/Voicemao=il to corectly authenticate & send
you are going to need to dig into network traffice to see what is failing & if you are unable to modify the Office356 server configuration you will need to escalate to Avaya & hope
this is one of the risks in using a 3rd party mailserver over wich you have no control.
I don't think Microsoft is no longer supporting TLS 1.1. What version are you running? We had issues with VM Pro 9.1 running on Windows. Upgraded to 10.0 and seemed to resolve.
