Hi!
In the attachment you will see a view in a user's Sent Items Folder, with the message in question. The capture was taken minutes ago.

Left: A Mouse-over the sent item shows the correct date the message should have been sent, the 9th. However, the window on the right is actually correct as it was received by the distribution list today shortly after this time. Please advise what may have caused this or which options can be doubled checked in Outlook..

1. This PC is left on, Outlook remains open always.
2. There is no Delay Send configured for this message.

I sent a test message with the same attachment to another email address and it went immediately.

TIA,
tj

Looking at your attachment, the times that are circled are two different things. One is the time sent, the other is the time received.

You may wish to check when your PC actually checks for e-mail. Look under Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send/Receive and see what the frequency for Schedule an automatic sned/receive every __ minutes. It might be that you're not checking the mail as frequenly as you thought which is why there was 24 minutes from when the message was sent to when it was received.

Double check the received date - it didn't send until nearly 24 hours later. Good idea with the auto send rec settings - but I found it was enabled and set to every 3 minutes.
