Office 2003 install

I am not an SMS expert. Has anyone out there successfully installed Office 2003 on systems with Office 2000 with SMS?

I have created a source file in the root and copied Office 2003 into that file.

I have downloaded the MS Office 2003 Resource Kit onto my server and utilized the Custom Installation Wizard to write the transform file and then pointed the SMS package program files to the .MST file on my distibution point and then advertise, however, I have yet to have a successful dowload.

Any help would be appreciated.
