I have two users who when sending an attachment can not navigate from the my documents folder located in the look in window to the folder where the attachment is located. The drop down arrow will not display the folder tree and just gives an error. Is this more of a outlook problem or is there something else i am missing?

Skip thanks for your prompt response. I did repair it, then uninstalled and reinstalled Office to no avail.
Then was thinking it was a hive issue, therfore i saved the contents of the profile then deleted it and created another profile and then copied the contents back and it seemed to resolve the issue.
I also noted that HP had a couple of instances that were trying to run and deleted them. i am not sure which actually did the trick just happy now that it is resolved.
