Today in MSDN I found lots of topics about office 2002.
Have anyone seen Office 2002 already?

Yes I have.
I found it very like Office 2002 but It runs much faster on a 433mhz PC. Bernadette

I've been looking at the Office 2002 late beta. Yes, there do seem to be a few bugs, but I got the idea the product was scheduled to ship at the end of May!

I think there is actually a lot to like, but cost-wise if you're on 2000 already you probably won't be able to justify upgrading. Personally, I like what I see in Sharepoint Team Services over what was offered in Office 2000 Web Collaboration. This portion of Office should be viable even if you only have 2002 for a few boxes, and could eliminate a chaos of Excel sheets and rinky-dink Access databases on network shares for task list and general list management. Then again licensing terms will probably require everybody to have Office 2002 *sigh*

I went to the Office XP launch last night was very intrigued by the SharePoint Team Services. The licensing only requires FrontPage 2002 (with SharePoint Team included) on a Web server, and Internet Explorer or Netscape for the clients. It's all done through HTML.

Anyone actually tried it yet?

Hi, I'm very interesting at sharepoint team services, but I have not recved my MSDN yet. could u tell me where can I download the installation?? thanx.

I also attended the XP Launch. I really liked what I saw, but I'm afraid it's not for the type of users we have. Also, I've been reading article after article on this subject and was disturbed by part of one which read:

SHOULD THE SUBSCRIPTION LAPSE, Microsoft promises not to wipe your documents from your hard drive--but you won't be able to create new docs and may have to rely on "reader" software to open the files you already have. Of course, other applications would still be able to open the documents if you choose to switch.

Talk about "BIG BROTHER"!!!!!
