OFFICE 2002 can't see CHM files when using help.

When I put in a question in help or office assistant I pull up possible answers, but when it trys to connect to chm file it comes up in blank gray box. HELP!

Hey thanks that worked for my machine. I am running W2K with Office XP. Just need to change regsvr to regsvr32.exe for W2K. Thanks alot. I just had reinstalled office also a with this it worked.
