Offhook answering of key system call on 3300 8ur4

I have installed a terminal hunt group with 4 key system lines on 26 phones. At the moment they have to press the line to answer the call. they would like to just lift the handset to answer the call. I'm sure I've had this working before but I don't know how. Any suggestions?

Hi Brookster,

You Need to enable ringing line select in the phones Class of service. This will then auto select the ringing key when the phone goes off hook.

Thanks, Another tech started the install and used a different COS. Now I know where to look, thanks.
