Offer Remote Assistance

Does anyone know of a utility for offering remote assistance?

I am looking for something that provides some type of interface with a directory of pc's or possibly an AD right click option.

I know about creating the shortcut for offers, but would like to see something with a directory of my machines.

I have also seen the remote control plugin for AD, but I would like remote assistance.

Although it looks like a neat tools, I do not see an option for what I am looking for.

Am I missing something?
