Sorry to bring up this old version but we are stuck. Here is the problem: We have two systems, one 406 with two PRI and one IP 403 another with six analog lines.
No matter what I try I cannot get the 403 (the one with the analog lines) to forward unconditional from the main greeting. I've tried checking boxes for hunt group and not, and I've verified inhibit offsite transfer is unchecked. I can forward offsite from an internal call, but not external. What happens is the call is just dropped.
Meanwhile the 406 site with the PRI is more than happy to forward any call from its main greeting.
Both sites running v3.2(61) IPO and VMP v3.2(39). Analog site is IP 403. PRI box is IP 406.
Please let me know if you have any auggestions at all. the long term goal is to have overflow for a hunt group forward to one of our other locations which does not use an Avaya system and is not IP based.
Thanks,
-Bob
