So I am working at an off site location that is on the local domain (or used to be). Today they have lost connectivity to the domain. I attempted to remove a computer from the domain and add it back in. that is when I received the error "the specified network name is no longer available". I am able to ping the servers on the domain, and remote into the servers. I am also able to connect to the servers using their ip addresses but not using their FQDN, which makes me think it is an dns issue. I have reset the router at the off site location to no avail.... Any ideas?

Does sound like DNS issue or RPC. Check event log for RPC service unavailable errors, if you see errors try restarting the service manually.
Can you resolve names forward and reverse? Try nslookup 'hostname' and nslookup 'ipaddress' at cmd, could also be reverse name resolution errors.

Forgot to add, check that the DNS server has its IP set to itself and the secondary set to router or secondary dns server if you have one.
