Looking for a little help. We need to setup a internal SIP trunk using our SBC to India. We will have call center agents in India taking calls as if they were sitting in the States. The agents will be assigned to the same skills and queues as the agents in the states. We have done things like this over the internet using softphones, this solution is not allowed in India.

You need to check India telecom laws. They have some really strict ones, unless they have related the in the last few years.
