Off Premise Transfer

I am trying to forward an extension to a cell phone but I am running into a problem. Here's teh situation

I have a forward button on the phone and trunk to trunk transfer in enabled when the button is on only internal calls get forwarded to the cell phone and transfered call from the voice do not they ring a couple of times at the phone and then go to the operator.

Please Help

I beleive you also need to enable remote forwarding under the Extensions menu.

I enabled Remote forwarding but only internal calls get forwarded
