off premise message notification

Hi,

I'm trying to set up off premise message notification. I've set the phone to dial a mobile number, but no notifications are coming through.

In the Callpilot Manager mailbox properties I've set the Outdial Type to Line and used the same line number as the one show in BCM for the DN under Line assignment.

Any help would be great
 
Make sure OPN is activated in the mailbox. Go into the mailbox admin dial 6 and I think you press 2 to activate or deactivate.
 
Thanks for the reply. Notification is turned on. I have a little more information now, the system is trying to send notification but can get through to the mobile. I have tried the number with and without a 9 infront. Is there a special format the number has to be entered?
