Off-PBX Observing

Hi

I'm running CM2 and i need to let a customer observe calls on her VDN. Is this possible?

I've tried EC500 and it works well until i tap in the FAC and extension of the VDN, then the call disconnects.

When i use the FAC on a phone at the office I found at that it puts the observe "on idle(?)". Probably that's why the EC500 solution isn't working.

Is there a way to make Observing "stay on the line" while it's waiting for a call?
