How do I forward an extension to an external co line? I have a customer that wants to forward all calls on ext 100 to ring to another office.

Make sure your using Dest. Codes and Routes. Turn Redirect to yes for x100. Press Ftr4, Dest. Code, external telephone # from x100. Done.

I assume that it's feat 4 to turn off the forwarding
