Off-net calls to vacant numbers diverting to reception

Hi guys,

Have a Definity G3R on site. Our receptionists have complained that they are getting lots of calls coming through from people ringing blank or vacant stations (i.e. a station that has not been setup on our system).

I tested this for myself. While ringing a vacant number internally gives a flat tone, ringing the same number from an external source (i.e. mobile) goes through to the attendant.

Ideally, I would like to change this so external calls to vacant numbers can be sent to a VDN or vector of my choice.

Where can I change this in ASA?

'disp sys feat' page 1. DID/Tie/ISDN Intercept Treatment: XXXX. change that to an announcement or attd. A VDN can't be used.
