have a nursing home and they have an off hook emergency sytem that when the person presses a button on their necklace it takes their extension off hook adn in turn dials an extension routing to a server that pages staff. this is done currently on a differnt PBX but were looking to replace that with CM. is ther any way to have the call route to anything other than the Attd?
