When a call is placed on hold and it's timer expires the system rings back all the extensions that have that number on it. How can that be disabled?

You would have to see if setting the unanswered transfer recall timer can be set to blank or zero which usually will disable timers in the 3300. However I think you can't disable this one.

Thanks Loopy. I looked in the Systems Options Assignment Form and didn't see that timer in there. I have an SX2000.

I found this under the COS for one of the stations that gets the ringback. Any of these?

?Use Held Party Device for Call Re-routing. . . . . . . . . Yes
?Call Hold Timer (10-600 secs). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 30

I changed the Call Hold Timer in the COS. Resolved

Yep you got it the call hold time it is.
