Hi

In eventlog i have this error:
event id: 40
source: OFADriver

Instruction at 0xFFFFF88006B5EB62 failed to read data at address 0x0000000000000050.

After this message the server freezes after a few hours..

My configuration is:
Server 2008 R2 + SP1
Arcserve backup 15.1 with all patches.

Is ofadriver an Arcserve driver ?
if yes can i disable this driver ?

Is ofadriver an Arcserve driver ? yes
if yes can i disable this driver ? no, must uninstall

It is a paid option which is often installed on target systems.

get with the bkup admin,
have him
ck to see if there is a file scan or defrag running when bkup runs.
download latest SP for his version of ARCserve
uninstall ofa, restart system, re-install ofa,
contact CA support

Thanks for respond..

I contacted already CA Support and they told me to uninstall CA Backup Agent for Open Files.
I did that and its running stable now..

I don't need CA Backup Agent for Open Files.

Regards

Wim
