OExpress and HTML

Sorry if this is repeat< I've been struggling with this for a while. Trusted newsletters sent to me in HTML no longer appear that way when received (only in text). I can't find a setting to correct this view issue. Running OE 6.0 on P4, MS XP Pro with all updates.

Look in Tools, Options, Read tab, see if 'Read all messages in plain text' is checked.
