OE6 will not print

Hello friends,

After years of using OE, it has decided to not print out messages. Commands from any source are ignored (Ctrl+P, File>Print, or icon click).

This seems to have started after recently switching browsers from IE to Mozilla Firefox. Might there be a connection?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

OE uses the print settings from IE, so there might be a connection. Start by making sure that you can print normally from IE.

Tried the IE as you suggest, and yup, it also is paralyzed. Maybe the Mozilla is reproducing whatever is ailing IE??

What next?

Perhaps MSKB 312446 or MSKB 298847 because there is no error message whatsoever & the job never gets to the printer, correct?
