OE will not download from mailbox

Hi all,

OE today decided to stop downloading messages from the server.

I can see waiting messages there using webmail;
I can send and receive via webmail;
I can send via OE to myself and see the message, via webmail, arrive in the mailbox;
But when Receiving in OE it goes through Authorising, Checking, then quits as though there is nothing to download.

Accounts and passwords are all checked and correct.

I'm stumped!

What antivirus & antispam tools are you using? Try disabling the e-mail checking component of each temporarily.

Trend Micro 2007, and it's turned off while troubleshooting.

Does OE give you any error message (0x800ccc19 perhaps)?

Sorry 'bout the long delay.

Nil errors - just acts as though there was nothing to download.
