OE Order entry showed “Record has been modified by another program”

Around 3 months ago I found some error 5-6 times on OE Order entry that showed “Record has been modified by another program”.
Now I am using Sage 300 ERP and there are 20 users in my system (access to Accpac by remote to terminal service server), 6 of all users used OE Order entry but this error happened to only one user.
I am positive there is no user uses the same document at the same time.
I tried to solve this by created the new user ID but it still has error.
Can anybody tell me what should I do ?

Change IC Setup Options, Costing, Cost Items During to Day End Processing.

It has been setup to "Day End Processing" since installed Accpac.

Make sure two people aren't editing the same order at the same time, and that the user isn't printing the order from one screen and editing it on another.

That usually happens if one user is editing the order and another user prints the same order - intentionally or unintentionally. The print will set the printed flag and as such the order has been modified - causing a problem for the user posting the order.
