I'm getting the following message whenever I attempt to delete or move to the delete folder any received mail.

Msimn has caused an error in DIRECTDB.DLL. Msimn will now close.

I've had a search around the Knowledge Base (always a good place to start). The closest I found to your error messge suggests that your folders.dbx file is either corrupt or missing. Do a searh for it on your hard drive. When/if you find it, rename it to folders.old and restart OE to replace it. With any luck that'll cure the problem.

HI.

The Deleted Items.DBX file is probably corrupt or simply too big.

Try the following:

* Run scandisk.

* Empty the "Deleted Items" folder, then:
File - Folder - Compact all folders

* If no help, simply delete the "Deleted Items.DBX" file.

* You should also check that the INBOX folder is not too big or corrupt in a similar way.

Bye
