odh error code 1

Does anyone know what this error code means on the 2250 console..is it toast?

if the console doesn't come up on a power cycle, it looks dead. that is not a published code

Thanks John...you're right, it did not come back up at all after powering it off.

thought not, that code looks more like trash then a clue to a problem.. usually a power problem on that. a spike on the line, water in the loop etc...

ODH error code is advising that a key in column D2 is stuck. Column D2 is the right hand column of digit keys on the dial pad. You may have to try and release the stuck key before going any further. ODH is an actual error code though. Hope that helps?

Ok,Hasago....I'll have to go back to the site on Monday and try it. I had a spare 2250 and swapped it out but still have the original. I'll post the results. Thanks.

The information that was provided by zog99 I do not believe will have the console error codes. I just have a cut and paste from documentation that lists the error codes. I am not actually sure where I got it from now? It is a small Word doco (119K) that can send you if you like.
