ODE tools for Access2000 1

Can somebody tell whether ODE tools are available for Access2000 ? I've been searching on the installation CD's and in MSDN with no result.
What I need to know is: is there a successor for the "ODE Tools Setup Wizard", and where can I buy/get/download it ?

The runtime kit is called "MOD-2000", you will find it at Microsoft.com for about $ 700.00 upwards.
Alternatively the runtime files are shipped with the MDT-installer at

If you already own Office/Access 2000, then all you need is the Developer Tools Add On, not the complete package. This Add On is about $399.00 (US). You can order this OnLine. For more information follow the link below.

So far I have only found the Package and Deployment wizard, (like VB6). What I want to use is the "Setup Wizard" known from the Access 97 ODE tools.
The setup wizard recognizes mdw files and creates a shortcut.

Is there really a successor for the "Setup Wizard" or is the "Package And Deployment Wizard" the best shot.
