Odd Status with TelMex E-1

We recently had a TelMex PRI Installed (VOIP PRI Emulation) and has been a contact battle with them.

The issue is that I can receive inbound calls now, but outbound is not working, users get a busy siganl

The Route Pattern 2 is set to FRL0 for testing.

need more info is this a trace on the sta or tac ?? it looks like the set to STA do one on the TAC and post results , what does your sig group say is it in service ?

Thats the TAC trace. This is a V9 G3.

Sig and all PRI ports Show IN Service/Idle.

hmm try the station trace then , there must be more to it ....does the carrier need to see digits is your public unknown table populated , try putting in an ars entry to your cell phone put the exact number in ars . chnage your type to pub from local or
whatever set the trunk group to public unknown. Try that and post result...im in the uk and dont use local ..etc etc in ars , mainly because pub always works ..or deny if req

This ars test is not the ultimate answer to your problem , but should prove you ds1 pub unk etc is set up correctly.
