I have several customers the use the same SIP Trunk provided. All inbound caller ID works well from any other provided but if it's from the same provider it only shows the last 4 digits. These companies have nothing in common except the provider and Avaya IP office systems.
The system are all 9.0 or 9.1 IP Offices and the provider installs Edgemarc SBC's at all locations.
any help would be appreciated

I'm guessing they only have 4 digits in SIP Name and the provider is sending it through to another customer.

The SIP Name under the user tab has 10 digits in all users on all systems.

If you look at the SIP INVITE, somewhere you should have the 4 digit number.

Having the same issue here with a provider who sends out whatever you write in the SIP Name field.
