Odd Phone Manager problem

Hi

I've recently set up some new computers on our network and a few of them are having issues logging on their PhoneManager.

The issue is that when the log on screen comes up, the user can click on browse to find the IPO (which is does successfully) but then when they click on the user list they get an error "Can't find IP 192.168.0.1".

I've tried reinstalling the TAPI and PM but no difference. The users are in the same domain security policy, I've checked the network (all fine), the PC can ping the IPO with no worries, I've checked the firewall is off.

What next??

Any help would be nice - the version of PM is 3.1.12.

That is the wrong Phone Manager for 2.1 IPO

Download and install the latest 2.1 User CD.

Thanks for reply - I understand but this is actually the most stable version I've used of PM with my IPO!

Out of 106 computers that use PM 3.2.12 - only 4 have this problem and they are fresh installs so I'm sure it's an issue with these PCs.

when you click "User List" it asks the IPO for an extn list via TFTP. Is there anything that might block this???
