odd messages in general mailbox

Hello all,

I have a Norstar and am getting odd messages left in the gen. mailbox. They appear to be people saying " hello, hello- anyone there" and music, with on hold prompts playing " your call will be answered in turn". I have copper did trunks along with POTS lines. Does anyone have any advice for me? Many thanks,

BOTH, DO YOU HAVE DS TRUNK MODULES IF SO I WOULD CHECK THE TRUNKS AT THE DEMARK FOR ANSWER SUPY
