Would anyone be willing to share some ODBC SQL commands so I can become more familar with what type of data I have access to?

SQL statements rather.... I believ that is the proper why of saying it
 
I used Excel. Much easier. Apologies so I won't need any longer
 
Any reason why when I query from Excel Call Records I have information all the way back to the beginning of the year but nothing past 09/13/2007?
