odbc ms Access

Having problems with odbc... I want to use Ms Access as the front end for MySQL database. I've installed the correct driver (myodbc-2.50.19-NT) my OS is win 2000.This is what im entering into the TDX mysql default configuration

Windows DNS name: tofuboysDB
Server: (**what do I put here???**)
MySQL Database name: MDB
User: root (is this the user in mysql???)
password: ******* (is this the password in mysql???)
Port(if not 3606): (it is already set to 3606 by MySQL??)

please help

oh ya here is the error message that i get

ODBC--call failed
[TCX][MyODBC]Can't connect to MySQL server on (10049)(#2003)

It's not able to communicate with the server, and it's because you left out the line "Server:".

The "Server:" line requires just that -- the name or IP address of the server on which MySQL is running. ______________________________________________________________________
