ODBC Error TERASSO

We are currently tooling up a third party supplier to enable them to build applications offshore. They are accessing our systems via Citrix and need SQL Assistant so we have supplied a licensed copy of TTU8.x but they only require SQL Assistnat and the ODBC driver. When trying connect they get an ODBC error - unknown error in TERASSO.dll. Can anyone shed anylight why this is.
