ODBC Error: "System resource exceeded"

I have never come across this before and am having lots of trouble finding any info about it on the web. Here is more specific:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '8007000e'

[Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] System resource exceeded.


Any suggestions?

I stopped and restarted all web related services, and that did the trick.
