ODBC Data Source Administrator

The ODBC Data Source Adminstrator is missing from the control panel of my machine. I believe the files were deleted from the system folder. How do I re-install the ODBC Administrator?

In my control panel i have odbc data source.

when i double click it the data source administrator

wizard will open

now i click add button

but it will not responding

please help me

how do i solve it
