I am having an issue with setting up my ODBC connnection on my NICE storage center server. My server is addressed 10.126.161.4 and I am trying to connect to the SQL database on the NICE CLS, addressed 10.126.161.7.I can ping from .4 to .7.Connectivity is provided through a CISCO 3550 EMI router. There are no access lists configured on the router and if I change my ip address on the storage center server to 10.126.161.3 my ODBC connection works. As the .3 address is for my NICE recording supervision PC I need to make the .4 address work for my server.Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you created the ODBC link manually in your datasources?

Just adding the CLS to Storage Center doesn't create the physical odbc link, go into control panel/administrative tools/data sources (ODBC) and create a new system datasource same as the applications datasource, or alternatively install the apps on the storage center and then try.

Thanks for the tip , will give it a try and let you know.
