ODBC Conflicts with RR and IEX TotalView

We are getting ODBC conflicts when using both applications on the same PC, any ideas?

There may be a possible naming of a DSN or datasource that is similar in both. You would have to check the RR connectivity scripts to be sure.

We figured out that it is the conflict between Informix 16 bit and Oracle 16 bit. We installed the 32 bit client of Oracle and we know longer get errors but now when running the report it pegs the processor on the PC. We think that it may be a communication issue and the user account for the ODBC configuration is an unknown, an answer that we are researching. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated

If you are still having the user error, I know that the user for Aspect is TJM and the password is DTA for reporting. Not sure if that helps.
